Great vegan food

Very tasty vegan blackbean burger

Nice surprise, fantastic food

When we saw the name we assumed another of the vegan burger and pitta restaurants, but what a nice surprise: it was a delicious vegan meal, fantastic tastes, very friendly team, nice arranged plates.

Highly recommended for vegan dining. We were very early so had no meat smell 😉

Pros: Refined vegan options, Nice atmosphere , Friendly team

Great Spiced Vegetable bake

Great hidden restaurant on the first floor.
Has a nice selection of vegetarian and vegan options. I had a Spiced vegetable bake which was really tasty and my friend had a Bean burger.
Truly great experience.
Lovely staff, good ambience.
Highly recommend.

Nice

I had the vegetable bake which was nice, but I felt it would have been better if it was served with bread or rice as it was a bit rich just on its own. They have about 3 vegan/Velho options which are clearly labelled on the menu. The drinks are nice too!

great vegan options

We got their black bean burger (huge!) with chips (fries) as takeaway and ate it on the Padstow marina. Delish! (Beware the seagulls, though.) Friendly, fast service.

Chough (pronounced “chuff”) Bakery steps away from here offers decent vegan pasties and happily is a chain, though they’d run out of vegan pasties when we were there a couple days ago. Do see vegancornwall.org.uk for detailed up-to-date other restaurant options in the entire Cornwall area.
