Love this place

I'm like a kid in a candy shop here! It's like a mix between health food store and spice store. Prices are great and has a huge variety of harder to find products. Every spice under the sun, oils, nut butters, soaps and more wonderful goodies

Pros: Cozy, Pretty low prices, Awesome variety

Friendly staff, good prices

I've been going here for several years. The prices are often significantly cheaper than the supermarket and there's plenty of options for organic, gluten free etc. Everything for your vegan pantry!

Staff are always lovely too

Great prices. Great service.

I've been shopping here for about 12 years. Way cheaper than any health food store. Offers both organic and conventional options. Dry goods only. Lovely staff.

Pros: Fair prices, Almost every kind of flour., Sells nutritional yeast, black salt, liquid aminos

Cons: Limited fill-your-container options.

Great store!

Wide range of products, many pre-packaged bulk foods, spices, granola, baking ingredients, grains, nuts and seeds (organic and not) and much more. Lots of international cuisine products – Chinese, Indian, Greek, etc. Product lines include Ceres cans, Dr. Bonner, even No-Jet-Leg (which was priced $5 lower than what I recently paid at an outdoor store in the CBD). The line of Indian meal packets were clearly marked if “VEGAN.”
Wish I’d come here at the beginning of my Auckland stay. I did buy 2-for-$5 Indian meals, a can of dolmades, a small bag of hemp seeds, lip balm, Garden of Eatin’ Blue tortilla Chips, bulk oats, pumpkin seeds, ground LSA and a box of Ceres miso soup packets. If I lived here, I would be shopping at this place regularly. (You can get fresh produce at nearby Commonsense Organics.)
Address is 217 Dominion Road, but from there, it’s a narrow cut-through to the rear parking lot and left turn to the store entrance. Just as easy to enter from Walters Road.

Pros: lots of vegan products, open seven days a week

Cons: plastic packaging
