Disappointing tofu larb - Edit
There was no buffet so I took the tofu larb. It was only tofu with a few bamboo roots in a spicy sauce. 60k was expensive for what you get.
Read moreI could not find some of the other stalls mentioned on HappyCow but other non-listed stalls also have vegan options. The stall just next to this one had the best vegetable fried rice we had in Sout East Asia with rarely seen before vegetables: cauliflowers,
I would advice to look at the menus and take a glimpse at the plates served by the different stalls and compare prices, some serve the same things but prices can vary greatly.
Cons: Bad tofu larb , Expensive compared to other stalls, Small servings

Good & cheap - Edit
They didn't have a buffet that night so I ordered from the menu. I got some tofu with tomatoes and rice. It was decent and cheap, that's all I want and expect from a food stall.

variety of veggies - Edit
I turned up to the night market pretty hungry and headed straight for this stall. Filled my plate and my belly very quickly. I was one of the first people they served around 6pm so I probably got the food at its best. It was nice to have a selection of tofu, veggie, and noodle dishes to choose from, especially in Luang Prabang where vegan options can be a bit limited.

Bland and soggy buffet - Edit
I wanted to like this place, but the buffet food quality was very poor especially when the stall next to it serves such fresh and flavourful vegan dishes. The flat rice noodles were bland and overcooked, and the stir-fried gai lan had a weird somewhat burnt/plasticky aroma to them. All the buffet dishes appeared to be vegan, and the stall opens very late compared to neighbouring stalls (6:15-6:30 pm seem to be their opening hours based on two days of observation).

Cons: Food quality is poor, Opening hours are not reliable

Vegan buffet-style - Edit
Many vegan (today, not sure if always 100%, please ask if unsure) options to choose from. They had lots of veggies and noodle types, but only one kind of tofu. Outdoor seating with all the other food stalls from the night market in a nice authentic atmosphere.

Cons: No soy or other mock-meats
