On cat ba the most vegan options are too touristic and western for us.
Read moreBut this little gem is our favorite. The food is simple and good. The owner is really lovely and the childrrn brought us a lot of smiles and fun. We had the daily menue and the portion was really big.

In our three days we went here like 6 times, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee or fruit shakes with soy milk. The owner is very welcoming and although the food is nothing extraordinary, it is really good vegan meals which seems to be hard to find on Cat Ba island.

Really nice staff and delicious food. We loved the burger it was amazing! The spring rolls were verrrrry fried, so felt really greasy. Not the best ones we’ve had in Vietnam.

Great place, people and food! - Edit
Cool place, lovely people and amazing food. Had lunch here and food was crisp, fresh and extra tasty. A family owned business and they take pride in providing great service and making tourists feel like family. Definitely would highly recommend.

We ate the “hot pot” for 2 ppl. very abundant. It is kept warm thanks to an electric oven that they put on your table. She taught us how to eat it, being very kind. very delicious (photo attached). The place has a very good atmosphere too.

After a few weeks in Vietnam we were hoping for some fresh, healthy veggie forward dishes and were not disappointed. The curry with rice was the best dish and I will definitely go back for it.

Steam veggies were really tasty and perfectly cooked, and the curry even though wasnt really a curry (more of a tomato sauce) was nice as well.

To find it we need to look at the numbers on the streets (you need to cross the interseccion)

Came here twice. Fast service, very quiet (good to do work). I liked the curry set meal more than my noodles and my husband loved the huge burger. Highlight both times was the mango soy milk smoothie - delicious and smooth! Staff don’t speak English but we have google translate haha

Located in a quieter part of the town, it seems to be the only fully vegetarian restaurant which is why it's disappointing that the food wasn't that good!
Read moreThe tofu we ordered to start with was really watery and soggy. My pasta was okish as was my partner's burger. Maybe we made the mistake of ordering western food and maybe the Vietnamese dishes would have been better.

We went there twice in our two days stay in Cat Ba and the food was both times yummy, fresh, hot and came really fast. The first time we had the vegan Hamburger which was tasty, the bun was fresh and cross and the veggie patty was also good (only downpoint was that we just got 9 french fries, but we are in asia right ;)) the second time we got the curry dish and a noodle soup which were also super good with lots of fresh veggies. Def recommend going there, its good value for a fair price.

The restaurant is so lovely and cosy and calm, the menu is great and there's so many options! I had the vegan burger 2 nights in a row because its the tastiest burger I've ever had...seriously try it! The owner is nice and friendly and the service is really quick.
