Failing

At one point this place was great. I'm not sure what happened, but the food has gone downhill. Today I ordered a lemongrass tofu bowl with vermicelli ($2 ). Was told the veggies came sauced. They did not.

The steamed carrots, broccoli, and bok choy have a very thin coating of something. And the oily tofu cutlets, while large, had a pinch of DRIED lemongrass on each. Unacceptable. All of this on a bed of noodles with no sauce.

I couldn't finish it until I got home and dressed it up. I did see a menu for additional sauces ($1 ) but didn't realize how necessary they would be. For a $17 entree I expect more.

Sad because they have labeled vegan choices on the menu and the Boba milk teas are decent. But they gotta step up their food game big time!

Pros: Labeled Vegan Items

Cons: Food Quality Is Subpar, Street Parking, Can Be Slow At Times

cool interior + decent bahn mi!

spacious interior with cool artwork and upstairs game room/lounge! plenty of other menu items to try, but i got the lemongrass tofu bahn mi and the server let me know that they would omit the mayo for me (good catch!). the sandwich came with two extra sauces on the side, and plenty of sauces were vegan. the sandwich had a ton of tofu so it was def a good value. it could have been constructed a bit better so that it’s less messy, less precarious, and you get a bit of everything in each bite, but i enjoyed it regardless. i’ll be back to try more things and especially the bubble tea!

Pros: generous portion of tofu, knowledgeable server, nice interior

Cons: cross contamination , some omissions necessary, messy
