I wish I’d found this place sooner. That was an amazing vegan breakfast. I had “The Vegan Breakfast” sandwich, which has a bagel of your choice (I recommend the rosemary salt), daiya cheese, just egg, and beyond sausage. It’s was amazing, I inhaled it. I think the next thing I’ll try will be the sun dried tomato basil bagel with chive kite hill cream cheese. They also have lunch sandwiches, which they can do with the beyond sausage and daiya.

Vegan schmear! - Edit
Amazing fluffy homemade bagels here, you can tell made with love and care. You can get bagels toasted with vegan schmear (plain and scallion were available) and great bagel flavors. My husband got a sun dried tomato bagel with avocado and vegan sausage, and I got an onion bagel with scallion vegan cream cheese! Highly recommend as a well rounded breakfast spot for vegans.
