Very good - Edit
Excellent tasting menu featuring Mezze-style small plates. The vegan version featured baba ganoush, hoummus, grilled beetroot, lava bread, skewered oyster mushrooms, and braised Jerusalem artichoke. And there was more!! Flavourful food, delicious wines and cocktails, and super helpful staff.

Stunning! - Edit
One of the best restaurants in London. This food is unbelievably delicious. I had the set menu which was £45 per person and came with a lot of food. The smashed cucumber salad was a standout, as well as the mushroom skewers.

Delicious, superb value in Soho! - Edit
I didn’t take a single photo because the food at Bubala was so distractingly good! We went for the vegan meze weekday lunch menu which was £32.50 per person and is perhaps some of the best value food available in a restaurant of this quality in Soho.
Read moreWe shared laffa bread, hummus, baba ganouch, tamari oyster mushroom skewers, smacked cucumbers with tahini, falafel, gem lettuce with hazelnut and apple and smoked Jerusalem artichokes.
The room was buzzing and bustling which made for a great ambiance and with London getting more and more expensive I think this offers decent value for money.

Favorite place to eat during our trip to London - Edit
This was by far our favourite place we ate AT while in London. Are there Yesterday for lunch and everything was just delicious. Thé staff were great, service perfect and the desserts were perfect and thé filtered coffee surprisingly good. I would highly recommend Bubala. So much better than Gauthier which was poor ând Mallow which was average liké Mildreds

Tasty but small servings - Edit
What we tried was super tasty but the servings were really small, as if they had been taken out of a bigger mezze platter. We didn't have a reservation but staff were super nice and made some room for us at the counter.

Really good - Edit
Really enjoyed Bubala. We didn’t have a reservation but the really friendly lady at reception found a table for us. All the staff were really friendly and knowledge and made the whole visit for us. The food is good, loads of options and we went for the vegan tasting menu which we enjoyed. The only slight criticism (perhaps personal taste) is that a few of the dishes had burnt chilli oil on them so there was one note and some of the grilled dishes were very grilled to point of being burnt. The rest of the food was very good. Dog friendly.

Absolutely amazing - Edit
Everything we had was fantastic. Fresh and creative take on Middle Eastern cuisine. At Bubala they pack a lot of flavour into each dish making humble vegetables into a true star of each plate. We tried their silky hummus, extra creamy baba ghanoush (the best I've ever had), herb-packed falafels, smoky mushroom and cabbage skewers, lemon pepper cauliflower, harissa potatoes, smacked cucumbers and grilled celeriac. We also loved their innovative cocktails (Old Cuban was amazing) and sweet fruity gazos. #Veganuary

Bubala - Edit
Excellent hip restaurant in Soho offering a 100% vegetarian menu of which approximately 90% is already vegan or can be made vegan. My favorites were the lafa bread, apricot hummus, and potato dish.
