Heel veel gerechten op de kaart hebben een vegan optie dus keuze genoeg. De porties zijn groot waardoor wij meerdere dagen van één take away kunnen eten. Er wordt ook gevraagd of er koriander bij mag 👌

The only reason this does not get 5 stars from me is because they serve meat. However, the vegan options are just lovely. You can get everything as spicy as you like. Personally, I like spicy food and they definitely delivered. The food is prepared by a wonderful older lady whose daughter serves as waiter.

Every section on the menu has a vegan option mentioned. Which is great to see vegan mentioned on the menu.
Read moreBut the vegan options are simply the 'basic' dish - with extra vegetables (at 16€). Would love to see some protein options added to the menu, like tempeh, tofu, vegan chick pieces or stripes, etc.
So in that respect, we were a bit disappointed that it was simply vegetables with more vegetables. Although OK.
Nice mocktail (7,5€) and some vegan appetizers (dimsums and dumplings).
We had the dessert to take home with us.
Very friendly service.

I respectfully disagree. I don't think good food necessarily needs a protein-packed component. Indeed, the curry is 'just' lots of vegetables, but it tastes wonderful. I don't think tofu could make it any better.

ok, eating vegan in Oostende is not that simple. We found only one pure vegan restaurant which is open 11-15.00. Some restaurant offer one or two vegan dishes but you have to have closer look. And most of them close between 21.00 and 22.00. So once you are on the run it can get hectic. This Thai cuisine restaurant had for every dish also a vegan option. While i totally understand and agrree that only pure vegan restaurants should be able to get 5 stars i also have to acknowledge that it couldn‘t survive without offering meet options. Anyway we had perfect dim sum as starters and curry for main course. The excellent staff (doughter together with her mother cooking) complete the concept!
