Few vegan option

We’ve eaten there on a sunday, and the menu is a Brunch.
The chef was though nice because I could have a vegan bowl that normally was not proposed on sunday. i have to had that the menu is not very clearly displayed. The vegan bowl was good but I was a bit desapointed because it’s kinda difficult to find vegan food around the Palais des Papes on Sundays
