Despite the menu not really being overtly vegan....you can have everything on the menu. It's 100% plantbased. Remarkably different for a food truck ans really its the best food truck experience Ive ever had, including a 4year-old & 6 year old.
The bread, the sodas, even the milk (Dryk pea milk) in the latte...superior.
The chorizo inspired sausage was particularly memorable. I'll have to go back to try e milkshakes.
The services along this motorway are particularly non vegan friendly, I'm so pleased to find this truck. It's a pilot at the moment, I hope it stays beyond the end of August.
If you have allergies make sure to ask. The competence/knowledge was particularly good for such a small food business. Really a needle in a haystack for Denmark.
