Healthy, tasty, expensive, lackluster vegan protein options - Edit
Has a vegan bowl on the menu. Base is rice ,brown rice, salad. If you take salad, the large bowl (13€) might leave you hungry. Toppings are nice and sauce is tasty.

poke place w/ vegan options - Edit
is definitely a pricey poke place but good. i got a large size for €14 (which is v expensive in my opinion for a bowl i can make for like €4 at home) but nonetheless definitely got a good amount of food. was surprised to see vegan mayo and they have plenty of other vegan options (but only tofu as a “protein” choice).

Nice staff, know what vegan means, have tofu as substitute. Nice flavours, but a bit expensive. In a city as Levanto however it's simply great to have a vegan option!
