Good but no labeling - Edit
A rare por kilo place with a lot of vegan options, but nothing is labeled. It is helpful if you speak some Portuguese. Expensive for Rio but not so expensive if you're used to big city US prices.

Great place to eat with omnivores - Edit
One of the best buffet style restaurants I have encountered in Brazil. I don't usually go to non-vegan places but since I was with omnis, it came very useful. Everything perfectly seasoned and tasty.

A lot of options for vegans. The salad bar is very large and there are also many cooked options. The taste is traditional Brazilian, the kind that someone’s mother would cook. The presentation is clean and very organized. It is a great option for the area, especially on weekends when most other pay-per-weight places are closed.
