Only one vegan option - Edit
Just left the place. None of the amazing sounding dumplings are on the menu. She only could offer the vegetable edamame dumpling. She offered gluten free instead 🤷🏼♂️

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Cool concept with ordering on touch screens and scanning QR code to pickup orders from lockers. I felt like I stepped out of Texas and into Tokyo. Wish the vegan items were marked on the menu. We had to ask to make sure and adjust our order (broth on dumplings was chicken based). We enjoyed the edamame, veggie dumplings, and lo mein.
