Good vegan options - Edit
Doesn’t have a separate vegan menu but items that can be made vegan are marked with a “V” on their menu. They have vegan cheese, chik’n and scrambled tofu. I got the tostadas, which were pretty good.

Plenty of vegan options! - Edit
There's a whole separate vegan menu, including beyond burgers, "chicken" sandwiches, pastas, vegan pizzas, several appetizers (including vegan nachos), etc. Not to mention healthy salads. I'm local so have tried them all & have yet to be disappointed. Highly recommended.

Great service and amazing vegan food ! Many options…. Even the bloody Mary’s are vegan cuz the owner is vegan! Prices are fair for the area.
Read moreI’ve had the chix buffalo pizza, chix sandwich and ooooh so good brussel sprouts! ( deep fried and in Korean BBQ sauce) Although there are vegan desserts… I wasn’t crazy about them.

Many regular menu items had vegan options as well. The Apps of egg rolls were easily shared by party of 4 and delicious! The nacho platter was plentiful!

my cousin said this place was good and we had to try, and boy was he right. it’s one of the best non-vegan restaurants with vegan options that i’ve ever been to. the options are clearly marked on the menu and the staff was receptive to questions/requests/and concerns.

The atmosphere, the friendly staff, and of course the amazing food! There is something for everyone! Vegan appetizers, entrees, AND desserts! Everything was delicious!!!!

They do have a vegan menu but it only shows items where you can leave the cheese off and make substitutions. The pizza is not as good since they began using PMA cheese. It needs more flavor or maybe it should be cooked differently. They do have some pretty good sandwiches and nachos.

Not so Allergy Friendly - Edit
There is a whole vegan menu; however, if you are allergic to meat and dairy they could only offer a salad or dessert. Lots of contamination concerns. I got a cheesecake, which was okay.

Most vegan options in town by far - Edit
You have to go to Syracuse or Ithaca to find somewhere with even half as many vegan options as Brix. Entire vegan menu with anything from bar food to pasta dishes to dessert! Make sure you try some of the house-made vegan ranch!

So they basically invested in daiya cheese & gardein breaded chicken, and are able to pull off lots of vegan versions of their bar food menu. There is a whole separate vegan menu, and it's as good as you'd expect. Everything is tasty with buffalo wing sauce! A vegan creamy sauce to replace the bleu cheese would have really made things great, but not bad without.

Not only are there great meat substitutes, but their vegetable dishes are fantastic as well. There is an entire vegan menu with substitutes for all items on the regular menu. Everybody leaves happy and feeling satisfied
