A welcome sight at any market to find an exclusively vegan food truck

Visited this food truck at Nundah Twilight Markets and struggled to choose from the menu as it all looked so good. Opted for the “Australian” burger which was utterly delicious. Normally bean burger paddies are a bit on the dry side but this burger was lovely and moist with avocado and pineapple inside and a really lovely beetroot relish. The fries were cooked perfectly
