We loved it here

A lovely family home and lovely people. Room was delightful, at the front of the house but not a noisy street. A generous breakfast with lots of options, fresh fruit, nuts and seeds as well as a cooked breakfast. Just a 15min walk into town and easy bus routes. Will visit again 👍🏼

Pros: Caters for vegans, Easy walk into town, Relaxed and comfortable

10k race 2 night stay

This fantastic family friendly Vegetarian B&B was recommended to me recently and Stuart was extremely helpful in all aspects of providing fantastic accommodation along with little extras to make my stay comfortable, dairy free milks provided and flexibility on me morning eating due to a race.. This is a fantastic place to stay for a Brighton weekend or longer providing an excellent base.

Pros: TV in room , Great breakfast choice , Warm and accommodating owners

Cons: Parking ... but ... it's Brighton

Top-notch Breakfast

Great to find a veggie b&b with equally good vegan choices for breakfast.
It is a bit of a walk into the main centre of Brighton (so you feel virtuous with the exercise!) but you can get busses or taxis easily. You can park on the street (it costs less than further in) and the road is generally quiet.
The large top floor room, which has two separate single beds is quiet; you can hear a bit of outside noise from the double room (on the middle floor) but not excessive. Beds in both rooms are comfortable. The twin room shares a shower room with a single room and the double room has an en-suite.
The hosts are lovely, helpful people and the room rates are very reasonable.
My only caution is that you shouldn't expect the most modern, chic decor! The rooms haven't been decorated for a while, which we didn't mind in the slightest and hopefully you won't either. They are clean and purposeful. We really enjoyed staying there (July 2018) and would definitely go back if we visit Brighton again.

Pros: Friendly owners, Great breakfast

Friendly, clean room, nice breakfast

We stayed here a couple of nights in 2015.

Room was clean, all the basics were there. But the room doesn't have curtains, so it was very bright very early in the morning (Summertime).
Friendly hosts, helping out with tourist information and tips to go dining out etc.

Breakfast was OK. Hot English breakfast if you want it. Check some of the cereals for honey though.

Lovely place, amazing hosts and super tasty breakfasts

We stayed here over the long weekend and it was so so perfect! :) It's located on a quiet residential street within walking distance from the city center. There is a bus if you don't feel like walking.

ROOMS:
Our room was super nice and quiet. Spacious, bright, tidy, beautiful :) There is a TV set (but who needs it!), a kettle, mugs, and tea. Plus some brochures which may come handy for some. And a map of Brighton with all veg places you might want to visit :)
A bathroom & toilet looks modern and is very clean.
They have free wifi, obviously.

HOSTS:
Rozanne and Stuart are wonderful hosts. They are very helpful and accommodating. It was lovely to talk to them at breakfast :) They really love meeting new people - that's the main reason why they're still running this place :)

BREAKFAST
They offer both vegetarian AND vegan options.
Breakfasts begin with juice and cereals (big selection!) + milk/vegan yogurt + a mix of nuts and seeds + a bowl of fruit salad (made of fresh fruits !!!) + a bowl of plums cooked with ginger. Then comes vegetarian or vegan version of full English breakfast (fried beans, mushrooms & tomatoes), plenty of tea and toasts... Amazing!
Ah, one more thing! Rozanne usually bakes bread herself! :) Or buys bread from The Polish Bakery London (http://www.thepolishbakery.co.uk/) - they have really good bread.

MORE REVIEWS:
Check out Tripadvisor - they have 5-star reviews!

I would very much recommend staying here.

Perfect Weekend Stay

Myself and my wife recently stayed here over Easter as it's not often you get to stay at a vegi/vegan B+B. Upon arriving at the B+B we were welcomed by Stewart who showed us to our room. The rooms are very spacious and our room was ensuite. We were made to feel very welcome and were even provided with our very own soya milk and a map of Brighton, as well as a list of vegi/vegan places to eat at. For breakfast we were offered an excellent continental breakfast including an very good assortment of fresh fruit, nuts, seeds and cereal, as well as a cooked vegan breakfast with proper tasty 'vegan' sausages. At £75 per night plus a vegan breakfast you can not grumble. Both Stewart and Rozanne are very friendly and it's great to see a couple with a real passion for vegetarianism. The B+B is perfectly located and just is a short 15 minute walk into town.

Pros: Location, Excellent Hosts, Vegan Breakfast
