Fewer vegan options than before, i had the beet salad. Not bad, but really nothing special. Only one burger left that’s vegan and it’s just ‘another vegan sandwich’, and seems a bit bland and boring. Oh well!

Bright Eye always have a few delicious vegan options on their menu. I had the Summer Soba salad and it was very good! They have a vegan pizza and a vegan sandwich option too. I’m not sure if any of their beer is vegan.

I love a brewery that has interesting vegan options. You can get their Margherita pizza made vegan. Add fried kale. You won't regret it!

Best vegan pub food in town - Edit
I love that their chefs take the time to make interesting vegan dishes instead of just removing ingredients from existing dishes. I also like that they update the menu fairly often, except when that means removing a vegan dish that I really liked! In the past they've had an amazing jackfruit pizza, and I absolutely loved their fried mushrooms as well as the deep fried broccoli.

Delicious vegan options - Edit
Visiting from a place that has a lot more plant based options we were very happy to come across Bright Eye Brewing. They have popcorn chicken and a po-boy made with oyster mushrooms. They had a new vegan pizza when we were there that had lots of veg and three kinds of vegan cheese. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were friendly. They also had high chairs for those eating out with kiddos.
