Great food, great people - Edit
My favourite spot in Whistler. Their cinnamon buns with a vegan cream cheese frosting are sensational, the staff are always friendly and the location is great.
Read moreAlso, they sell a cookbook. I cannot recommend it enough since it's so hard to find vegan baking books.
Pros: Amazing bread, pastries, cakes, Friendly staff
Cons: I wish they had a bigger location with seating!

Amazing sourdough baguettes and the sourdough cinnamon buns were exceptional. The vegan cashew cream frosting clearly used dark magic, as it was phenomenal. It is almost worth the drive to Whistler just for this bakery! Will definitely return again

Insanely Everything - Edit
Like the bakeries in Switzerland! Oh my gosh the integrity here is outstanding. The selection vast. The textures and flavors divine and everything is organic vegan. THANK YOU! Only open Thurs-Sat early hours now so check the website before heading over. You do not have to pre-order here you can just show up. But if you do pre-order then they’ll have it for you special. I got the gluten-free mountain bread, a savory butternut squash bread (like a fluffy pizza), a carrot cake, homemade hummus and don’t miss the LAVENDER LATTE! 100% yes.

Visited twice during our three day Whistler stay! - Edit
As someone with a wheat sensitivity I was curious by their 3 day sourdough process that doesn’t make use of nutritional yeast. Over 24 hours later and I haven’t noticed the typical reaction I get from wheat - so they may have helped me narrow down the culprit to my wheat issues!
Read moreMy fiancée and I tried their sourdough loaf hummus on the first visit and warm cinnamon rolls (one regular and one pecan) tofu based icing on the second visit.
We would have gone back for a third visit before our drive back to Vancouver but they had already closed.
Check these guys out - your tastebuds will thank you :-D

Great food, great prices, great vegan values - Edit
Ed, Natasha and their team take the time to make organic breads that are made with a sourdough starter and no commercial yeast. As a home baker of sourdough breads for over 20 years who does the same, I know that this takes more time, effort and care, but the result is a superlative loaf. Their other products are also amazing. We LOVED the olive and caramelized onion focaccia that comes out of the oven at noon. The cinnamon rolls, molasses cookies, hummus cookies, coffee and Indian Chai are terrific. The chai is different from any that I have tasted, with a delicious peppery spice. The molasses cookies are also differently spiced, and we appreciated that the baked goods weren't overly sweet. We'll be back!
Read morePros: Delicious!, Good prices, Many products seem to be locally sourced
Cons: In Creekside, but worth the trek from Whistler

Spicy chai and cinnamon pastry - Edit
Beautiful bakery/ cafe. Loved the decor and how you can actually watch the bread/ baked goods being made. The chai was spicyyyy for me but I liked that it wasn’t overly sweet. The cinnamon pastry was so beautifully made and really tasty.

The best! - Edit
Delicious fresh breads, cinnamon rolls, and more. The pecan and cranberry cinnamon rolls were the best I’ve ever had! Didn’t even need to be warmed up! Been waiting almost a year to try them, since they opened soon after we had our yearly visit. We will be coming back tomorrow for more bread and keep coming back!

Great bread, good coffee, some great sweet treats - Edit
You have to visit this place in the morning to enjoy fresh stuff and a big variety. Once I came in the afternoon, and they were almost sold out...
Read moreTheir bread is definitely great, though it's a pity you canot have it sliced. I also had a cinnamon bun with a coconut whipped cream. The bun was quite average (and cold - would be nice to have the option to warm it up!). On another occassion, I had their bread pudding, and that one was absolutely amazing, fresh and delicious.
Their coffee is tasty but cups are very small.
The seating space is very limited and not very comfortable (cold air comes in from the front door), and there is no wifi. I found some of the staff quite unfriendly, but others were really nice.
