This place was incredible. Wonderful little place and seating outside. I LOVED the vegan sushi. I loved how it was tofu wrapped instead of nori on the maki roll I got. In addition, I had some noodles with salad on it. (I wish I knew exact name but I looked it up and all in French menu so I have forgotten.) I also loved the brownie for dessert. Everything is top notch !

Great atmosphere and creative dishes - Edit
Really enjoyed our visit. The dishes were beautiful and the restaurant had a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was good. I’d like to see a bit more spice and umami in the dishes. The ramen left a bit to be desired. Worth a trip when visiting the area.

Seul tout petit bémol : pas de menu papier. J'imagine que c'est plus simple à gérer pour les changements de cartes mais peut être avoir un ou deux exemplaires papier du menu actuel au cas où si on n'a plus de data ou plus de batterie ou juste un vieux téléphone pas réactif. :)
(Une personne de l'équipe très gentille nous a prêté son téléphone ceci dit !)
En tout cas une super adresse, très central mais dans une rue calme, à deux pas de Chatelet.

Mention spéciale au panko de seitan qui est absolument dingue.

On my first visit I tried the ramen and it was okay, but more oily than creamy and totally missable.

Vegan sushi can be tricky, but this was super creative and tasty. The tasting menu is definitely the way to go for a first time - you get to try a little of everything! The poivron au saté and the rio Tokyo were my favorite. I also really liked the ramen. Also, the cocktail/mocktail was super fun. The madame violette was very good. It was really busy so I would definitely recommend reservations!

Good sushi, my daughter and I did enjoy the taste and atmosphere. One critique would be to make some larger majority vegetable rolls for those that are all in on vegetables in their sushi or cheaper less deluxe style sushi’s like cucumber roll crispy tofu roll etc etc. the selection was light on sushi option.

The food didn’t taste very authentic to me. The rice wasn’t cooked right, and the “egg” in the oyakodon was strangely thick and rubbery. I feel like they could have made a better vegan egg using crumbled tofu instead.

This was amazing. I ordered online for delivery and it was really quick. Sushi was still warm from being freshly made. Delicious and well presented. The online descriptions don't do them justice.
