I had the asaudon and they were absolutely delicious. I recommend adding the garlic oil, it made the broth super flavorful

The menu is a bit confusing since the vegan options are not clearly marked. We asked the staff which one‘s are without meat and egg. Just don’t forget to order the vegan broth. Very tasty breakfast and it hit the spot!

We were excited to find somewhere with early morning vegan options! This place has a sign outside identifying that there are vegan options. There are no menus on the tables, you have to go up and read the menu and order at the counter, making it a bit tricky to take your time over it. You can ask for most of the dishes to be made with vegan broth instead of meat - this is all explained in English on the menu. You pay when you order, and have to go and pick up your order from the counter when it's ready.
Read moreWe ordered the kitsune, which had nice spongy bits of tofu and lots of spring onions. The broth itself was a bit disappointing, to be honest. It wasn't strongly flavoured. Even when we added two different types of pepper, it was still quite bland. But the noodles were thick and delicious, and the tofu was good too.
Service was really fast - the food was ready in mere minutes.

Delicious breakfast udon with lots of options and variety for vegans. Staff understand the concept and repeat ‘vegan’ many times as you’re ordering so there’s no concern they have misunderstood! Menu in English and clearly labelled.

High quality udon - Edit
Had the nori seaweed and wasabi udon with their vegan broth with fried tofu on top. One of the few udon places that have vegan broth allowing for variety of combinations for vegan or vegetarian preferences. Very affordable too.
