Incredible breakfast spot and bakery - Edit
This fully vegan cafe was incredible. Walkable from my hotel, and close to, but not in, the French quarter so it wasn't overly crowded. The pumpkin cheddar biscuit sandwich was so tasty, as were the brioche donuts!

Nice breakfast and light lunch spot - Edit
As a tourist staying in the French Quarter, I was grateful to have this place nearby for breakfast. The TLTA sandwich is Tempeh, Lettuce, Tomato and Avocado. The tempeh was delicious and warmed. On another day I had the avocado toast with tofu scramble, also quite good

I’d plan a trip just to come here again - Edit
Anyone want to pick me up from the airport? 😂 This place is in my dreams. The brioche Boston Crème doughnut, the muffanada, the old square loaf bread! The latte! It was all just so good! And I’m from Phoenix, had never had creole seasoning or Crystal hot sauce, and loved them both. I bought some of each down the road at a grocery store and now use them in everything!! I need everyone to try this place!!

Sorry if there is any confusion. But our downtown store opens at 8am and not 7:30am. It’s our uptown cafe that opens at 8am. I hope this helps!

Fantastic vegan eatery! - Edit
The staff are wonderful and the atmosphere is cozy. I wish I could have gone again. I had the pumpkin biscuit breakfast sandwich, which was well seasoned and delicious, with a London Fog. I bought a quiche to bring on my travels where there'd be few vegan options. My trip home was delayed by a day and somehow the quiche stayed good. I made two meals of out of it.

Amazing Vegan Bakery & Cafe! - Edit
Good find when visiting NOLA!! The brioche donuts are irresistible and they also have all day breakfast, sandwiches, soups, and tons of breads, all which are vegan!
Read moreI tried the lemon curd brioche (8/10), the almond funfetti brioche (10/10), the cinnamon roll with nuts (5/10) , the matcha latte (7/10), and the Egg O vegan biscuit sandwich with egg and bacon (8/10). Definitely give this place a try!!

Come Hungry - Edit
Make sure to come hungry because there are so many tempting options to try! I had the Pumpkin Cheddar Biscuit and WOW - the tofu scramble it comes with was whipped and creamy, best tofu scramble I have had. The biscuit was delicious as well - not dry like some biscuits tend to be. I also had a cinnamon roll and rumbles which I highly recommend! Only disappointing things were the staff (who clearly did not want to be there) and the drip coffee, I would opt try one of their specialty coffees next time. I plan to check out the other location in the future!

Best I've Had Yet - ANYwhere! - Edit
This is by FAR some of the BEST I've had ANYwhere, and for as long as I can remember. In other words, yes, that includes in NYC where, as I always say, we're spoiled for choice when it comes to Vegan options, INCLUDING organic, ethically sourced, etc.
Read moreThe bread here (as the name implies) is baked in-house and is as light yet satisfying as any high-quality I've ever tasted. If you ever find yourself in "New-awlins" you MUST come here!
Pros: All menu items are Vegan, Organic, and Sustainable, Organic, Multigrain Bread Baked in-house , Light, yet satisfying fare

We were visiting NOLA and we wanted to try their traditional food but vegan. So we were exploring around. We came to Brad on Oak on our last day and I wish I would have gone since the first day because I would have been eating here breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had great service and food.
