This was my first visit to Brasserie Blanc and it was wonderful.

The tomato tart was one of my favourite dishes I’ve ever eaten, it had so much depth and immense flavour. There were a few options for main, of which I chose the corn fritters. They were crispy and salty. The sauce accompanied the fritters very well and was tasty. The desert was a slightly above average apple crumble, the gooseberries brought it up a slight level.
Overall a delightful experience.
