Vegetable Pho - Edit
I adore this place. I always get the same thing- the Vegetable Soup. It’s loaded with tofu, veggies, and and noodles. Basil, limes, jalapeños, and sprouts come on the side. It’s generous and incredibly satisfying. The people are very friendly and the service is top notch. Highly recommended.

Fast, Friendly Service and Fresh Food - Edit
Separate vegetarian/vegan menu of flavorful, clean eating. Dishes have lots of fresh vegetables and herbs and house soy sauce on the side lets you decide how much to add. Google Bánh Xèo recipes (Vietnamese Crêpes) and see from multiple sites that they are made with rice flour and their color comes from turmeric.

Delicious and fresh - Edit
They have a menu of vegetable options that are vegan! The dishes are also fresh and the service is fast. This restaurant is also not expensive. I would have liked bubble tea with alternative milk options or no milk at all.

Pho is good, menu isn't marked for vegan - Edit
Grabbed some takeout from here and they told us that everything on the vegetarian menu was vegan even though it is just marked as vegetarian. I noticed another reviewer here said the crepes weren't vegan, so maybe there is some confusion among staff.
Read moreWe had the vegetarian pho and the fried rice. Both were really good and portion size was a good value.
I'd give them another star if the menu was clearly marked for vegan items.
Pros: Decent vegan choices, Good value
Cons: Menu not clearly marked

Veggie broth - Edit
They use veggie broth and they’ll even put extra veggies in place of noodles if you’re trying to low carb it. The people are always very nice too! I’ve had other things on the menu that were solidly good. The pho is fantastic, though so I always get that.

love it! - Edit
Love this place. It’s a go to for my husband (non veg) and me. Food is delish and staff is always pleasant. Can get crowded during popular dinner times, but worth it if you have to wait.

Good Vegan Options - Edit
Neighborhood Vietnamese restaurant in a strip mall, near Whole Foods. Seven items on the menu are labeled “vegetarian” - all but one (#40 - crepes) are vegan. We ordered Papaya Salad, Stir Fry vegetables, and the vegetable noodle soup Pho. All were delicious, although the stir fry portion was small. Prices were reasonable. Service was good.

Cons: Some small portions

Pretty good Pho... - Edit
I have had the Pho here and it is good. It is not as good as Saigon or Superior Pho, but both of those restaurants are in downtown Cleveland and a complete pain in the [censored] to get to.
Read moreI think Bowl of Pho has a very simple and straightforward menu. I have had the vegetable spring rolls and the Bahn Mi (Vietnamese sandwich) in addition to the vegetarian Pho during my various visits.
Atmosphere is nice and the restaurant is clean. It is a fairly small place and they have a few strange days they are closed so call ahead or check the web to make sure they are open before you go.
I do recommend trying the place. I have been back there several times.
