A big no

On short: avoid working o there as there are plenty of other alternatives with more decent management and working conditions, as well as better pay.
- no support for situations where staff is harassed by clients or by other colleagues
- they tolerate racist, xenophobic and homophobic comments and behavior
- no possibility of negotiating better contracts for most of the staff
- terrible management who takes advantage of the 0-hours contracts and abuses them even in cases where employees have been working there for years, without a more stable form of employment
- lower pay compared to the standard in the industry and there is no transparency concerning possibilities of advancement (because most often there are none)
- same persons with same experience are offered different rates per hour and it's usually a warning sign for the manager if you try to negotiate, as this often affects the amount of shifts you will receive
- received state support but it is unclear how they met the criteria
- management is virtually non-existent and their restaurants are understaffed, hence poor quality service, food and overall bad experiences from both former/current employees and costumers
- managers are blatantly racist and you will not really find any "diversity" apart from one or two "token" persons employed especially to seem that they fill a "quota"
- management always try to throw the blame on something (corona) or someone else for their own actions' consequences
- most of the staff in precarious positions (on-demand contracts) have foreign background, as a way to ensure that these people can be further abused and presumably lack the knowledge of basic rights, such as the one to unionize and demand better working conditions
- because most of the staff is overworked and works in poorly designed work spaces, and also because of the way managers mishandle any type of communication (by frequently lying to their employees), the rate of people just coming and quitting is quite high
- management is used to act without thinking of the legal consequences, see for example building without a building permit: https://www.mitti.se/nyheter/boulebar-kan-tvingas-riva-nybyggd-del/reptek!tNlOnb5mjzRxWXCPCPK7rA/
- they rely on companies to make the biggest share of the sales and since the companies pay for large groups, the food quality does not really matter for the individuals, as long as the company pays anyways;

Pros: no
