Great vegan breakfast - Edit
I absolutely love Boston Tea Party's all-vegan breakfast! Tomatos, mushrooms, spinach, bread with vegan butter, beans and my highlight: hash browns. They also offer many other vegan options such as porridge or burgers which I haven't tried yet. This branch has a really cozy atmosphere and staff was always friendly

A firm fave! - Edit
Having lived a 2 minute walk from the Harborne branch of Boston tea party for a year, it fast became our favourite local place to eat/work/go for coffee. The options are great for food (the boss vegan breakfast is fab), as are the drinks choice (my favourite being the iced mocha and latte, which have avocado in, and can be made with plant milk). The staff were always so friendly, and remembered us when we went in.

(All branches of BTP I have visited have been similarly great!)

Eco conscious and vegan - great chain - Edit
Not only do BTP do some great vegan food such as their wonderful breakfast, they also care about the environment as is shown through their no disposable cup policy (you can rent a reusable one). The Solihull branch is on 2 levels, has a nice vibe to it and is a relaxing place to sit back and eat.
