First time - will return! - Edit
It was my first time to visit BTP but it was great! Comfy environment, friendly staff, and good vegan options.
Read moreYou can also order and pay with your phone at the table which simplifies the process.
Food took a while to come due to a busy kitchen, but I didn’t mind.
The spinach and tomatoes in the vegan breakfast were amazing! Fantastic seasoning

Good Breakfast Served All Day - Edit
The menu had several vegan meals, both breakfast and lunch options. They do serve the breakfast all day and we had a good breakfast in the afternoon. The staff was friendly and the place had a nice, casual atmosphere. It looked to be a temporary thing but the day we went in April 2024 the kitchen closed at 3, although the normal hours were until 4.

Solid English Breakfast - Edit
Very cool building, though unfortunately we didn't have time to stay and dine in. Ordering takeout ended up being a bit confusing, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Pretty good food and a vegan mango lassi too.

Lovely breakfast - Edit
For my first time in England I was looking for a vegan English breakfast and hit the jackpot here! It tasted great, good portion, very nice. Also the staff was friendly and the location of the restaurant was nice. We were seated outside in the sun on a semi busy street with some musicians in the background.

Such a nice breakfast with some different bits on the plate to what you’d typically get on a vegan breakfast.

Hearty breakfast - Edit
Not been in this chain before but food was good, although wouldn’t have wanted to pay more. Two main vegan fried breakfast options with other choices too. Went for The Vegan Boss which comprised of a sausage, sweetcorn fritter, scrambled sweetcorn, baked beans, hash browns, mushrooms, seasonal greens and toast. Oat and soya milk available for hot drinks

Vegan options, historical building - Edit
Variety of vegan options at reasonable price. Generous portions. Service was fine too. Spaciously spread across the floors. The beams, chandeliers and interior act as reminders of the building‘s history. The Grade 1 listed building dates back to the early 1300s. Said to have one boasted the likes of William Shakespeare, Oliver Cromwell and Samuel Pepys amongst its guests.

Excellent vegan grub - Edit
It's nice to go to a place where you feel like they've catered for you purposefully rather than adapting some meat based meal to suit, and we definitely got that impression here.
Read moreThe vegan boss was delicious and according to my girlfriend, the plant burger tasted just like a Macdonald's burger.
The staff were really friendly too. Plus it's hard not to like a place that's named after a famous non violent protest
Pros: Good number of vegan options, Friendly staff, Proper tasty

Favourite in Salisbury - Edit
I love the vegan breakfast here and all the vegan cakes that are available especially the coffee and rose petal sponge. They have also started using almond milk as well as soy for coffee and it's nice to have the option. The staff are really nice and have seen that they are careful to use separate utensils and milk jugs for vegan food and coffees.

GREAT BREAKFAST - Edit
This is getting to be a regular stopping point for the all day vegan breakfast, so far never a disappointment, just be clear to ask for vegan
Read moreThe friendly staff will construct sandwiches or bagels with vegan fillings and there's a good range of coffees and teas available, the coffee I highly recomend
Situated in the Grade 1 Old George Inn building the place has a unique character, complete with huge exposed beams and wavy floors, also on several floors as the rooms are not crammed with tables
Being open on Sundays and Bank Holidays is such a bonus in a quality eayery
Pros: Great food, Open Sunday/Bank Holiday, Cleanliness
