Wish Every Airport Had This - Edit
As a pilot who regularly operates into SAT, I have to say that this little place in this relatively quiet airport is a gem. Really only one choice, but that’s all you need at the end of the day, and the it’s a delicious choice. Bagel tases perfect, tofu and spread is delicious and ingredients are fresh and tasty. I’m glad I checked reviews on here! Only one cream cheez (plain tofu) but still good! Lot of bagel
Read moreoptions. I got everything and it was a bit spicy, but I don’t mind at all. Also grabbed an oat milk dirty chai which was very good. Will definitely be my new go-to spot in SAT.
Pros: nondairy milks, many vegan bagel flavors, great service

AN ACTUAL VEGAN OPTION THAT SATISFYING AND DELICIOUS! - Edit
They are located in Terminal A by gate A14. Very friendly staff. There are some tables to sit and eat if you don’t want to eat over your lap at your gate. There are non vegan options in the event you are traveling with a vegetarian or someone who eats whatever. They have juice and cold drinks in addition to just coffee. I’m very grateful there was something I could order that had actual substance before boarding a flight.

Great option when flying through SA - Edit
Popped in before a morning flight when I saw they had a “very vegan” option listed on their menu!
Read moreI did a build my own, where I got the tofu schmear, vegan sausage patty, and spinach on an everything bagel. It was delicious and suuuper filling. Definitely a solid option when you’re flying through SA!
