Nice little part Australian Cafe - Edit
Like the name suggests, there is an Australian connection here with the Moroccan owners living part of the year in Australia and part in Casablanca. Food was fresh and pretty good as was the coffee albeit not ‘go out of your way amazing’ with only limited vegan options. If you feel like a nice relaxing place to sit and chill with some more western/European style menu items to break up the Moroccan fare this is a good option and the staff are lovely. The vegan choc truffle was the highlight of the menu

Nice breakfast - Edit
I got the smashed avocado toast with no ricotta, and it was very tasty! The roasted cherry tomatoes on top was a nice addition. I also got a juice that was very refreshing!

Vegans - raw desserts here! - Edit
Nice to see vegan options clearly marked on menu. Portion sizes are huge for the cost and for me a rare find you get not just 1 but 2 raw dessert options. #Veganuary

Really good meal here - Edit
I went to lunch here in January 2023 and had a very good meal. I ordered one of the vegan choices... This one is called the turmeric roasted veg and falafel bowl. The price was 75 dirhams. According to the menu, it is vegan. They have several vegetarian meals as well they are denoted by a "V" after the price on the menu. Vegan items are marked "VGN". This bowl meal came with cauliflower pumpkin sweet potato beets quinoa brown rice spinach avocado mixed seeds and a tahini coconut sauce. To drink, I got the Apple Duo which is a combination Apple pineapple mint and ginger drink. The drink was a pricey 35 dirhams, but was very flavorful. I would definitely return to this restaurant. There is also a 100% vegan restaurant just a few blocks down the street which is already mentioned on Happy Cow.

OK. - Edit
The venue is nice, a wonderfully calm and rather hip atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Bondi to take a break or to have a change of scene when working online in locked down Casablanca. Vegan is acknowledged on the menu, however there's only one vegan lunch option >>singular, not plural! The sole option; the hummus platter, is more of a snack than a proper lunch. If you'd like to stop by for a cup of coffee, plant milks are offered as an option that you pay extra for. The one I was served was not as creamy and good as the one I can make at home, but that might have been a stroke of bad-luck. In the photos you can see the food and beverages + the menu. Perhaps the staff can veganize vegetarian dishes upon request, didn't check in with them. Maybe next time, insha'allah!

Western Cafe - Edit
One of the few cafes around where you see women sitting by themselves. Very western style. All the vegan options are clearly labelled, the service is good and the atmosphere very nice - a good place to do work on your computer for example. Variety of plant-based drinks available and some dishes. Probably the most vegan-suitable place around.

Some vegan options - Edit
A bright, friendly place with just a few vegan meal options. They have a vegan "snickers bar" dessert which, although not exactly a snickers, is still quite delicious. They also have non dairy milk options for coffee and some nice fresh juices.

I wouldn't really have a lunch or dinner there. I usually like the brunch where you can have interesting vegan options.
