Couple good vegan options - Edit
The two vegan sandwiches are clearly marked and both are pretty good. Hummus with artichokes on soft focaccia bread and a veggie with olive tapenade are both fresh and flavorful.

Every time I visit Columbia for work I eat here. They always have a vegan soup, vegan sandwiches, sides, and bowls. I love the bowl with veggies and extra hummus. The bread is unlike any other. Highly recommend.
