Awesome!

Very nice! The Chana Masala was delicious as was the Samosas, and the waiter knew all about vegan options, and there were plenty vegan and vegetarian options on the menu!

Pros: Lots of options!

Cons: No vegan desserts😒

Best Indian restaurant

I’ve been going here for years, and it’s always amazing. You’ll have to ask which plates are vegan, but everyone is very knowledgeable and it shouldn’t be a problem. The Gobi Chili is the best!! It’s fried cauliflower in a sweet sauce.

Excellent Vegan options

The Aloo Chhole and Chana Masala was very good. We also got the Vegetable Samoa’s and garlic Naan. They accommodated all our needs with the food to make everything Vegan.

Pros: Lots of vegan and Vegetarian options , Helpful staff

First Day at the Bombay

After my favorite Fine Indian Cuisine Restaurant, Woodlands, in Knoxville, Tennessee, U.S.A., abruptly closed a few months ago, I decided to try Bombay Palace. I had heard good reviews about the food. I went to the daily lunch buffet and tried all of the vegan options (more than half of the items on the buffet). Vegetable korma, Paneer (spinach based), Pakoras (fried vegetable fritters)--a Southern U.S. staple--fried or barbecued everything is what ya' all eat), and garlic Naan bread. Topped off the delicious meal with a bowl of mango pudding. I like mild spiced food and I want to taste the natural and spices in the food. The Chef and assistants did an excellent job of preparing the food. It is well worth the 60 mile drive from my home to here. Good service and Indian people know the meaning of vegetarian and vegan. Bombay Palace staff treated me well. It's a casual sit down restaurant and you can do take out or local food delivery service like GrubHub will deliver it to you. I love good food at a sit down restaurant.

Pros: Great food that you can taste the flavor, Good value at the daily lunch buffet, Vegan & vegetarian menu & buffet choices abound

Cons: Don't have house salad on weekday buffet
