My go-to Indian restaurant - Edit
This place has a nice menu with marked vegan options. I usually get samosas, roti, channa masala, aloo gobi, and the daal. Enough leftovers for a couple meals and reheats well. Good portions for good price. Flavorful and you can customize your level of spice. The mint chutney served with the samosas is NOT vegan.

Had a great dinner here with gf and non veg family members. Options for everyone, affordable, and filling! We really enjoyed our meal.

This is a good option for Indian downtown that’s not too pricey but there’s better in town if you can get out of the downtown area. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable about the vegan dishes or the dishes that can be veganized on their menu.

Good Indian option! - Edit
OK, I ate here again this weekend and have decided to revise my previously critical review. They label a handful of entrees as vegan on the menu, label the roti as vegan, and can tell you which appetizers are vegan. They have decent service, are open on Sundays, and are located downtown. They will also make things spicy for you and folks that know a lot more about Indian food than me like it. They serve beer and wine. I plan to eat here again.
