Serves meat, vegan options available. Indian snacks small restaurant. Many items are vegetarian. Can request food to be fried in oil instead of butter. Food tends to be spicy. Confirmed closed, Jun 2019.
Spicy Delights -Will Love Especially if you are Indian - Edit
This place is always filled with Indian students probably missing home, every time we visit. The food is authentic and home cooked by the lady and man in front of you over a counter. Items are spicy if you are not usually eating Indian cooking. There are snacks to go in a glass display and daily meals that change. Samosas are currently about a dollar. Request items to be cooked in oil to make them vegan.
You want fine dining? It’s not here! But if you want to have some quick take out of some really good Indian food, this is the place to go. Chaat is typically a food cart or stall that serves small portions or quick meals.
The food is delicious and very inexpensive. It is also very tasty. Samosa, Kachori, aloo gobhi, etc. Tell them you are vegan and they will steer you away from anything that has meat or yogurt.
If you are in the area, it will really hit the spot.

Pros: Fast, Inexpensive, Authentic
Cons: Kind of greasy (but expected for fast food)
