Menu with very clearly marked vegan options. You can choose to make a rice bowl or ramen. Vegan broths are miso or soy. Tofu is the vegan protein option. Once you have your base, you can add as many veggies as you want, which is really cool.
Read moreI got the BBQ rice bowl. It was pretty tasty, but very simple for having paid $20 for my meal. I do want to return to try the ramen.

Delicious Korean Vegan Food - Edit
I have eaten here several times. They have many vegan options. I usually get the Build Your Own Ramen. You choose the type of noodles, veggies, broth, and protein. They have vegan broth and tofu. It's delicious. I always get the Build Your Own Ramen, so I'll have to try something else next time such as the bibimbap.

I came to Bols to meet with friends who are non-vegans, but I was not disappointed with their menu. They offer a build your own bowl or ramen option, which you can select all vegan ingredients (everything is clearly labeled). They also have more creative items like Korean fusion tacos, which you can order with tofu. The portions were quite large and all the ingredients tasted very fresh and high quality. There is not much seating space though (only two tables for four, everything else for two), so beware if you're coming with large groups!
