Excellent Make-Your-Own Pizza - Edit
This was our first time at Bollo and we were very impressed. Nice, thin crust, no cheese, pizza with zaatar, fresh basil, mushroom, tomato, and fresh spinach. We asked for no added oil as well. The pizza was excellent! Service was lovely and the owner was very warm and hospitable.

Delicious pizza, very accommodating of vegans - Edit
I had a great pizza here tonight (margherita pizza sub vegan cheese add arugula). Very covid safe and our waiter was very helpful and knowledgeable about vegan options and ingredients (like informing me that the hummus I was about to order has yogurt). I’m pretty sure it was Daiya cheese, which isn’t my favorite but seems to be standard.

I have been to Bollo a couple times now and it has been very consistent. They have a ton of vegetarian options, but obviously I'm vegan so that doesn't count for me. As for vegan options, they have several of those as well. They offer vegan daiya cheese and make a great vegan pizza. There are also a bunch of salad options and several pasta dishes that can be made vegan. You have to speak up here and ask and you will be sure to find something you love that is vegan friendly. Restaurant atmosphere is nice too.
