Great vegan options

Stopped by for lunch and were lucky to get a table straight away.

Had the vegan breakfast which was delicious!

It was very busy and found that service was very slow.

Lovely vegan options

I love how vegan-friendly this place is. We had the vegan breakfast and one of the vegan specials, a saag aloo soup which was superb. Ambient is lively and vibrant, and they also have a few tables outdoors in a cute courtyard.

Updating with pictures from another visit in May 2024. The food was again really delicious, especially the vegan special which was a cauliflower curry burrito.

Superb vegan breakfast - very individual with outstanding mushrooms, wilted spinach and “bubble” along with the usual ingredients

Lovely tasty food

I come here for the vegan breakfast mostly and it's always been good. I think the portion sizes have increased slightly since I last came here, which is no bad thing. It felt much better value for money. Food was served at peak temperature, as soon as it was ready so a bonus point from me as I can't bear lukewarm food. All of it was tasty, but the sausages were exceptionally good, as were the hash browns.

In the past I've had other dishes and they're always good. It's not somewhere for a quick, cheap lunch or breakfast, but great when you fancy a treat.

Pros: Good vegan options, Really fresh, tasty food

Cons: Not a budget meal

Coffee and Lite Bites

Nice chilled atmosphere, coffee an appetising menu and wifi.

I’ve had great lunch dishes before (at quiet times) and I’ve had shockingly overpriced dishes too so it’s a 3 from me.

Pros: Dairy alternatives, Vegan options , Nice environment

Cons: Quite expensive , Bit too busy at peak times , Some items overpriced

Snooty

The food is nice and there are plenty of choices, however having been a few times I’ve found the staff/manager quite snooty, scoffing when I asked to check ingredients and telling me to go elsewhere when I asked for decaf, so these days I take my business elsewhere.

Always had lovely breakfasts here!

Bohemia is a friendly and wonderfully decorated little cafe/restaurant. They’ve always got a great variety of wonderful vegan dishes on the menu. The only hard bit is getting a seat as they’re very often full! Well worth a visit.

Pros: Artistic and inventive food , Wonderful staff

Cons: Hard to get a seat sometimes

Busy little independent

A couple of vegan options on main menu & addtional on specials board. I had sautéed mushrooms & spinach on toast. OH had vegan breakfast (still served at lunchtime) There was also a winter veg pearl barley soup, breakfast quesadilla. Lots of veggie options as eggs feature on menu.
They have plant milk (oats, soy, almond) for coffee.
Nice environment-really busy on a Sun lunchtime but they found us a table 🌱

Pros: Free WiFi, Quirky environment , Plant milk

Cons: Most vegan options come with bread

Small but incredibly popular!

Went for lunch, so review only takes into account the daylight menu!

Small venue so gets incredibly busy. Not many tables, and they don’t take bookings for lunch, so be prepared to wait if you want in! Plus it did get cold sat by the door as people were in and out every 10 mins. Lovely atmosphere though and staff are great!

Menu offers a good range covering lighter bits to larger meals. Had the vegan breakfast and it was good, but perhaps a bit small (or maybe it’s just me that has a huge appetite...!)

Moderately priced, but with little other vegan eats in the town, it’s a pretty good option.

Vegan options in St Neots!

In small British towns such as St Neots, it's often hard to find a place to eat where they even know what vegan is, so I was pleasantly surprised when Bohemia opened up, and we saw the amount of vegan options on the menu. It's a small, hip little place that runs a brunch and lunch menu during the day, and at night has tapas and cocktails.

When I ate here I had a vegan English breakfast, which had all the regular bits plus fried kale and potatoes, and I added avocado. I also got the hummus plate to share, which consists of 3 types of hummus and an excessive amount of sourdough. The portion sizes for breakfast were good, and everything was delicious. They do gluten free bread and coffees with soy milk here too.

wonderful for vegetarians and vegans

Bohemia is tucked away in the little mews just off of the market square in the centre of St nNots. a beautiful rustic bistro, tapas, cocktail restaurant which understands good food does not have to always contain meat. It does not seem to sway one way or the other but has plenty of options for vegetarians, vegns, gluten allergies and meat eaters a like so a perfect venue for those mixed groups. The tapas in the evening is fab as you get to try lots of different items fromt he menu and they have an evolving specials board which is always robust with imaginative, quirky and unusal dishes. The vegan options are always super delicious and unusual so always feels like a treat which is so difficult to get in many places.

lovely atmosphere with friendly, kind staff and delicious cocktails that will keep you there for hours. they offer soya milkf or coffees and will definately try to make your visit personal to you.

booking in the evenings is highly reccomended. They also do a monthly acoustic night which is super fun for a group of friends or a date night. but remember to book. I usually need to book 3 weeks ina dvance to get my table. Im probably one of their many regulars by now but it is simply lovely.

Highly recommended - I would have rated a 5 star but the site does not allow it as they serves some meat. Pro-choice eaters I apologise for this!

Pros: vegan and vegetarian options, cocktails!!!, amazing staff
