You will have to wait but it’s worth it! - Edit
That place doesn’t take reservations. We had to wait outside in the rain for over 45 min (table for 2). But it was totally worth it. I had two entrees and a dessert and I was more than full.😄food was delicious and original!

Super veganes Essen - Edit

Delicious and local - Edit
Cute place located in the hearth of Tadoussac village. Vegan options are clearly labeled. There is a poutine, a cromesqui and pastas that are vegan. The portions aren’t too big, so I took the 3 plates and I shared everything with my boyfriend. It was really good. Everything was local and fresh. It was a little bit expensive, but definitely worth it. The cromesqui was my favorite.

Amazing Twist on Vegan Poutine - Edit
My husband and I ordered one Vegan Poutine and it was delicious but pricey! I would lower the price just a bit more.
Read moreThe mushrooms, green peas, caramelized onions and smoke Tofu...made my taste buds go crazy with joy! The gravy was amazing!
The outside patio is gorgeous with the powder light blue umbrellas and the view is just so beautiful. If we stayed longer, we would of returned again to try something else on the menu.
Love the shop inside the restaurant that offers you to buy their caramelized onions (and other goodies) which we did : )
Pros: Excellent food, Beautiful Patio and View, Great little shop to buy caramelized onions!
Cons: Pricey for poutine

So good we ate there twice! - Edit
We were pleasantly surprised to find this gem with great vegan options, both on the permanent menu and on the daily specials! The servings are generous and service was excellent. Great patio with harbour views and a cozy interior with eclectic decor too. There was also a good selection of products of purchase as well (teas from indigenous groups, dried morelle mushrooms, candied pecans, etc). We went for lunch and went back the next day for dinner because our group loved it so much!

Délicieux et super ambiance!! - Edit

A surprisingly good selection of vegan options in Tadoussac - Edit
I stopped there for lunch with my vegetarian-ish parents. They both had the vegan bagel and I tried the vegan poutine and raspberry lemonade. Food came super quickly, staff was friendly and presentation was beautiful. Portions were generous, and the poutine was very good, although quite far from the traditional greasy dish. I appreciated the twist, especially the fermented tofu used as "cheese"! My parents were happy with their bagels, which came with fries and salad. We noticed that hot beverages had a plant milk options but didn't have any, and were too full to try the vegan chocolate mousse for dessert, although it was tempting! I would definitely recommend stopping there when visiting the area, and would gladly go back to try the dinner options.

Nice place with clearly marked vegan options - Edit
The café has a nice decor and actually tasty food (although they should’ve probably renamed their vegan curry to vegan risotto with chickpeas, edamame and coconut milk). It’s slightly overpriced despite the food being good, but so are all cafés in tourist destinations.

Unsure whether the soup was vegan! - Edit
This is probably one of the only restaurants in Tadoussac that offers a clearly labeled vegan option (poutine for lunch and curry for dinner). I asked whether the soup of the day (maple rutabaga soup) was vegan and the waitress said yes, but it was suspiciously "creamy" and I highly doubt it actually was vegan.
Read moreThe food was a bit salty and on the pricey side, but that's to be expected in a small tourist town.
Pros: Nice view from the terrace
Cons: Pricey, Not sure whether the soup was vegan
