Tasty vegan options & good coffee - Edit
Great little café with a dedicated vegan/veggie section on their menu. Very friendly staff and they also offer takeaway. We opted for 2 vegan paninis, they were perfectly presented in a takeaway box accompanied with some really tasty potatoes! This café is a perfect stop to pick up some food to then watch the sunset at Mirador Valle! Highly recommended!

Super Panini - Edit
Ich hatte das vegane Panini und fand es sehr lecker. Noch dazu ist es auch optisch ein Hingucker. Schöne, kleine, windgeschützte Terrasse.

Really really good food - Edit
The vegan food was amazing, very fresh and rich at a low-ish cost. Also I can recommend the juices and special drinks.

Best feed in Monteverde - Edit
We shared the vegan panini and the vegan bagel which were similar fillings with different sauces - but equally delicious! We’ve struggled finding reasonably priced food in Monteverde for an extended stay and have been disappointed at the quality of it, but this was amazing!

Was my favorite atmosphere - Edit
This was a great little place. Found it accidentally when another place was having issues with their stove and was closed. I'm glad we found it.

Great food, tasty coffee - Edit
Came here as it's near our hostel and we'd just arrived on the bus. I had the quesadillas, which they made vegan for me, my hubby had the traditional casado plate and we both had iced coffees. Tasty food, great service and I would come back.

Sweet staff and tasty food - Edit
We really enjoyed the food of Boca2: vegan panini, vegan bagel and vegan casado. Everything was very tasty and nicely presented. The place is cute and the staff very kind.

Great coffee! - Edit
Stopped in for a coffee and was pleasantly surprised with the vegan accommodations. To be fair, I can’t confirm they have soy milk, but they do have almond milk and the coffee (I had a cold brew) was delicious. Bonus points for environmental considerations- the coffee came in a mason jar with a metal straw they took back to reuse. Fairly priced- paid 2,000 colones ($2.89 USD) for the coffee which is fairly standard.

Cons: Unclear if there’s multiple vegan options
