Nobody was there - Edit
Had read reviews raving about the food so made a special trip from NW London only to walk past it three times before finding it was a bell on the window to another restaurant under construction and the nobody answered. Left disappointed, frustrated and hungry!

Lovely little spot - Edit
I just popped into this place for dinner as my girlfriend lives across the road. The lady serving us was super nice and we spoke about Balkan food and culture while she made me the signature box. The food was very comforting, hearty, filling and tasty!

A delightful café. I had the Baba Box to have a sample of everything. It was delicious. Do try the Bulgarian tea, which is a blend of herbs.

Absolutely incredible Bulgarian food cooked by the sweetest woman in all of London, Margarita! I really enjoy trying foods from different countries/cultures and Margarita’s restaurant did not disappoint. I dined here by myself last night, and it was such a lovely evening because Margarita and I chatted the whole time and she was very lovely.

we ordered the box meal for £10 and it was loaded with the most beautiful authentic bulgarian food, from stuffed peppers filled full of flavour to the koftas that were super meaty like to the amazing sauce, not to forget the garlic flatbread to finish it all off. This was absolutely lush and was cooked all fresh to order by the lovely lady owner who made us very welcome. #Veganuary

Unlike anything else I have had in the UK - Edit
A small cafe that shares its door and seating (but not the kitchen) with a few other small shop fronts. If you're in London you have to make the trip to this amazing Bulgarian vegan cafe, you're unlikely to taste food like this anywhere else in the UK. The platter is cheap and gives you a sampling of each of the other items menu. Highly recommend the flat bread. The traditional Bulgarian herbal tea with some maple syrup is lovely as well.

Exciting new venture from the talented and lovely chef Margarita formerly of Plant Curves pizza. By going back to her Bulgarian roots she has created a unique eating experience. Luckily the life-enhancing dough remains central. Don't miss the hearty Baba's (Granny's) Box for a taste of everything. The quality is outstanding and the care taken over every ingredient shines through.
