Unique items - Edit

There are vegan items here, that seem to be hard to find elsewhere. If you like garlic, the alberta grown garlic is amazing. Worth the trip alone.

Perfect for quick weeknight dinner - Edit

Walked from my hotel and loved their large selection of items. Staff was great and loved shopping there.

Pros: Good choice of snacks, High quality

Pricey but decent range - Edit

Has lots of choices of vegan cheese, meat substitutes (Gardein, Beyond etc.) and non-dairy ice creams. The deli section also has some ready to eat vegan options (salad boxes & wrap) Everything is quite expensive though

Expensive, selection just OK - Edit

There aren't a ton of natural foods stores in Calgary so the prices reflect the lack of competition.

Very friendly staff. Selection is fairly limited (no vegan ice cream, for instance - the one brand they carry has honey).

Marda Loop location is nicer than the NE location, IMHO.

Pros: natural foods, great staff

Cons: high prices , limited selection
