Mostly Knowledgeable of Vegan Food - Edit
Always vegetarian options, and almost everything can be modified to be vegan, but many waiters confuse the two and I was served things with butter/milk/fish(?!) and had to skip. Stayed here for a week with three meals a day; same menu for breakfast and lunch which can be a bit repetitive. There is however a very sweet cat around named Ginger 🧡
