Dedicated vegan menu. Dishes were hot, fresh and tasty. My favourite was the vegetable spring rolls with vermicelli which came in a big bowl which you tipped the sauce on and stirred together. We also had the eggplant chips, vegetable curry and special fried rice.

No complaints was really tasty. Pho is solid. A lot of veg, a good amount of noodles and one of the better vegan broths going around. Also cooked exactly how I ordered (a couple of dietary requests).

Blue Ginger Viet Kitchen has a small vegan menu. The vegan spring rolls are delicious.The eggplant bao is also tasty. The crispy tofu vermicelli salad was good, though the included sauce was pretty average. Overall, a good place for lunch.

Home made lemonade was perfect.
