Good not Great - Edit
Unlike some other reviewers, I actually like the people here, and the coffee. It's a great location, with a decent amount of seating. I've been a few times, and have yet to see any vegan pastries, although a barista did tell me that they have them "sometimes." However, one or two of the menu items can be modified to be vegan (the veggie hummus wrap can be ordered without feta, for example). The staff have always been helpful when answering questions.

Lacking Quality - Edit
Has some limited vegan food options at exuberant prices. There are definitely better coffee shops in the Woodlands that have vegan pastries and baked goods. Great location along the waterway os it’s only saving grace. Coffee has been consistently terrible from drip, to Americanos, to lattes… I have tried them all. I really want to like this place, but I always seem to regret my visits.

Trendy interior, nice staff. Did have any vegan pastries when I went, not that they ran out, they just had none at all. Really wanted a donut lol.

Very busy area. Upscale. Went on a Tuesday around lunch time, don’t expect parking near the establishment. I parked at the mall lol. Good coffee!

Vegan options not advertised - Edit
Vegan options were not advertised so we waited and waited, and waited to speak to the guy behind the counter for more info but he was too interested in his conversation so we left. We did not know if the toast options were vegan.

This place is amazing. They have many vegan options including avocado toast, almond butter banana toast, vegan banana bread, a veggie wrap, veggie salads, etc. They even had vegan gingerbread around the holidays...some of the best gingerbread I’ve ever had! Also, they are the first place in the Houston area that sells the Just For All vegan egg which is to die for! It’s mind blowing.
