Wait staff not vegan knowledgeable - Edit
The vegan optional items ARE pretty clearly labeled on the menu. The only things that we were not sure about were the 5 or so sides.
Read moreWe had a pretty bad experience of trying to order vegan food here though. We were trying to ask our waiter if any of the beans and such were vegan, and it was pretty clear that he was not really sure what we were asking. We tried several different ways. He even went to go ask another waiter for help, but I don’t think he quite understood either.
Just be prepared to not be sure whether your food will be vegan or not if you come here. I did have to have them remake my tacos because they had put cheese on them.
To be fair, the food was tasty, and they had some unique dishes available. The wait staff just needs some training.

Delicious and filling - Edit
Stopped here after a word of mouth recommendation. We were seated and served quickly and given complimentary chips and salsa. The vegan options (made vegan by removing cheese) were clearly labeled and I had a hard time deciding! Ultimately, I opted for cactus tacos, which were delicious! There’s a great selection of margaritas, too, including some unique flavors.
