Read moreThe brunch menu is now just vegetarian options, no vegan options. They pared down their vegan offerings on the regular menu, too - the plant-based street tacos are gone. Hopefully this isn't a trend towards just one vegan option at a previously great place to go.

I've visited for dinner before, but came for lunch today and it turns out they have lots of brunch options with a Make it Vegan easy button. Just Egg skillet, omelet, burrito, and more! Don't forget to ask for chips and salsa, we're not in Texas anymore y'all. #Veganuary

I love coming to Blue Agave, as they have one of my favorite vegan entrees of all time (plant based smothered burrito) and they have amazing margs! Be sure to make a reservation as this place gets busy FAST.

Had the plant based street tacos and they were extremely good. The TVP was really crispy and had the perfect amount of spiciness to them. Also got the peanut butter chocolate mousse and it was also very tasty and sweet.

Delightful Happy Hour Meal - Edit
I went for the first time last night for happy hour, and it was delicious! The “Muy Macho” marg was perfectly spicy, the guac was served in its own mini tortilla bowl held in place with refried black beans, and the chips came to the table warm. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the “Plant-Based Street Tacos” were delicious and filled with balanced flavors. Even the tortillas — usually just a plate-to-mouth food delivery vehicle — were tasty! My omnivore partner joined me and enjoyed his tacos as well. Great for vegans and non-vegans alike!

They have increased vegan options to three meals, a salad, and guacamole and chips. The walnut enchiladas were very good, and the plant based smothered burrito was a little salty. The atmosphere is nice and a little upscale.

This is a nice dinner spot that can cater to vegans and non-vegans alike. It’s not the Tex-Mex style I prefer, but it’s pretty good for Fort Collins.

We had a large crowd with many different eating styles and this place covered them all. We had the Tofu- walnut enchiladas, plant - based burrito, plant based street tacos and avocado tacos. All were delicious ! Several salads could be made vegan by eliminating the cheese. Rice and black beans were also tasty, had good chips and salsa . We will definitely be going back.
