Underwhelming food, courteous staff

I order take-out online on 11/13/23. I got the tofu bibimbap with white rice, spicy sauce (gochujang) and 2 sweet potato sides. I had originally ordered 1 kimchi side but the staff member told me their kimchi isn't vegetarian (as is traditional)--it has fish sauce in it. I had written in the ordering instructions that I wanted to make sure everything was vegan, and when I got to the pick up, the staff member said the thing about their kimchi not being vegan, so she added a second side of sweet potatoes. Other vegan sides are: Korean salad, pickles, and I think one more. Sweet potatoes were tasty and the tofu was well cooked but the vegetables were a little bit of shredded lettuce/cabbage and what tasted like canned corn. The rice was also a bit overcooked for my taste. I also recommend asking for extra sauce.

Pros: Staff are curteous & knowledgeable about veganism, Quick preparation, Healthier than other food options in the area.

Cons: Bibimbap lacking vegetables, Kimchi not vegetarian (but totally understandable)
