Read moresecondly, i used to work here and i know that the bakers deliver bagels that have been DROPPED ON THE FLOOR to the stores in the morning. fridges are broken, food is quickly going bad, there are cockroaches in some locations, one of the store managers has bedbugs, there is no central heating in one store, and the workers are treated like [censored]. terrible
thirdly, being from the east coast (new jersey), i know what a bagel should be. and this is not it.
shame on dawn and sue for taking peoples' money

they used to have a vegan shmear and other vegan spreads and toppings but they got rid of all of them now all u can get is an expensive bagel to bring home and put your own toppings on

These are some darn good bagels. Been coming here for as long as I can remember. Lots of vegan options, and the vegan schmear with added veggies is really good. But a toasted pretzel bagel with peanut butter is my favorite. The coffee is also good.

Honestly, I had high hopes for these bagels because everyone seems to rave about them. It's cool that they have lots of vegan options, but I wasn't a huge fan. They were very bread-y and didn't have a lot of flavor. For example, the blueberry just tasted like a plain bagel. I didn't get much blueberry flavor from it.
