Best Mexican vegan food - Edit
At least the best that I know in Manhatten. Blockheads has a full vegan section of the menu that has everything from burritos to giant quesadillas to other Mexican staples. I got the "mini" vegan quesadilla which was delicious, huge, and came with some salad. Highly recommend.
