Great vegan breakfast - spicy lentil flatbreads - very generous portion. Amazing vegan smoothie - thick, creamy and delicious! Highly recommend but be aware there are limited vegan options.

There were 2 vegan options on the menu. A lentil wrap and a salad. There were also 4 vegan shakes. I’ll post photos of the menu. We had the lentil wrap. The food didn’t take long to arrive once we ordered but to get the attention of someone to take the order was a challenge.

Read moreWork). I had the “ spicy”lentil flatbread and it was delicious! The “jerk” sauce was like a sweet BBQ. I did not think it was spicy at all but I’m Mexican and have a high spice tolerance. Supreme Dream vegan shake for dessert. I was super full after . We wanted to go back but they’re closed Monday and Tuesday 😭.
Service was incredibly slow and supremely friendly. Do not go if you’re in a hurry. Enjoy the cute atmosphere. People watch while you wait. You’re in Barbados!

Bliss Cafe has been my favorite place for years. They offer vegan options for foods and drinks, there is a positive vibe in the air and the staff is lovely.

Best brunch in Barbados - Edit
We went to a bunch of different food places, but this had the best brunch, albeit a bit limited. We had a vegan lentil flatbread with mayo and some sort of spicy salsa which was very good, and had the option of three different vegan shakes. We had a banana one and it was also great.
