It's always in the same spot (so you don't have to guess), and it's all vegan. It's got burgers, wraps, and bowls that are tasty and seem healthy to me. You can get fries next door if you want to splurge a little.

Best vegan burger EVER - Edit
Having been on a quest for a good vegan burger for a few months now, I can honestly say that the beetroot burger here is the best so far! Ice cream, Kombucha and vegan Manja are delicious too. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time to try the deserts as well. The ladies running the stand are incredibly sweet and kind!

Hamburgers, falafel wraps and milky drinks! - Edit
We intended to check out Lenteja Loca but it was closed so we headed to mamaterra in the mall and our heads were turned by this beautiful street food vendor just outside the mall. They have a straightforward beautifully written food menu and a very extensive drinks menu, including vegan hot chocolate and masala chai 😍 I haven’t really seen plant milk drinks in the rest of my travels in southern Chile so this was a real treat! x

¡Excelente opción vegana en Puerto Varas! Fue una gratísima sorpresa hallar este foodtruck junto al mall. Las hamburguesas son deliciosas y enormes; los sabores y los ingredientes son excelentes. También son muy ricas las barritas y trufas dulces crudas, además son saludables. La atención es impecable. Durante los tres días que estuve en Puerto Varas almorcé o cené aquí. Gran variedad de jugos y licuados. No dejen de conocer este pequeño lugar consciente, sano y con opciones deliciosas y mucho amor. ¡Imperdible!

Very good burgers - a little slow, since there was only 1 person working, but excellent. In a food truck site right next door to the Mall Paseo Puerto Varas - street parking is very tight, so park in the mall parking garage.

Really nice place, an oasis of healthy food. My friends had the vegeburger and falafel wrap, which they said were really tasty and filling. I had the salad, which - to be honest - was a bit disappointing ... it was fresh and tasty, but small and somewhat overpriced ... and I was still hungry afterwards. So I'd definitely recommend going there, but if you're hungry, I suggest you avoid the salad.

Found this gem of a cart in a pod near the lake in Puerto Varas. We had both the burger and the falafel wrap (for which they were able to sub the yogurt sauce for vegan mayo)! The wrap was much better. Both dishes were simple but tasty :) We also shared a delicious almond milk smoothie!!
