Beautiful venue - Edit
This place looks incredible from the inside, brand new restaurant while keeping the looks from the old builiding. Cute tables to sit and eat. Nice place for coffee and cake, but also for brunch or lunch. Not many vegan options though but they do have a lot of vegetarian. 😇

Bolsward Blend - Edit
The menu might even have extra vegan options than the three they marked as vegan. The green salad was a bit salty, but that could also have been because they were out of hunmus dressing and seasoned it themselves. We couldnt find any options yet on Happy Cow in this town. Friesland isn't really explored yet by vegans who post on happy cow. So I reached out to this restaurant the day before, and they reactes very quickly with telling me they did have vegan lunch options.
